Terms and conditions of sale
General
The 'Company' means byNala Ltd. The 'Purchaser' means the person whose order is accepted by the Company. The 'Recipient' means the person who receives goods produced by the Company and purchased by the Purchaser.
Price
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate. If the Purchaser is eligible to reclaim this sales tax, the company can provide a VAT receipt on request via our email:- accounts@bynala.co.uk
Voucher Codes/Promotions
Valid voucher codes can be applied by entering the online code at checkout. Voucher codes cannot be used against any purchase made prior to receipt of this voucher or code. The voucher code can’t be used in conjunction with any other online offer or sale item. If an automatic discount or promotion is applied at checkout you will be unable to apply your voucher code at checkout. Voucher code is only valid for one use per account. Any voucher discount at the time of purchase will be deducted should there be need for a refund.
Purchase Order
As soon as an order is placed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by the terms and conditions as described herein by the Company.
A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as the Company dispatches an email message to the Purchaser, confirming that the Company has received the Purchaser's order, regardless of whether the Purchaser receives the confirmation email or not.
Delivery
The Company will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure goods are delivered promptly, however they accept no liability for delay in delivery for any cause out of their control.
The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs for any addresses outside the United Kingdom. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check any additional charges that they may incur as a result of import/custom duties.
Returns
The Company will offer a full refund on all goods returned by the Purchaser within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the goods to the Company is at the responsibility of the Purchaser in order to obtain a full refund unless otherwise agreed with By Nala Ltd.
Statutory rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.
Wholesale or retail conflict
The supply of products to you is strictly not for commercial or business use or resale. If you would like to talk to us about becoming one of our authorised retailers or wholesalers, please contact us using the contact us page or alternatively email info@bynala.co.uk

Any dispute is to be governed by UK Law.
