Where can I find the ingredients in each product?
You can find the full list of ingredients on the ‘shop’ section of our website. The ingredients are also printed on product packaging.
Are your products vegan?
We do not test on animals and our products do not contain any animal derived ingredients. We use a plant based wax and pure essential oils, all sourced from reputable suppliers who share the same ethical values as ourselves.
Are Your products safe to be around petS?
As with all products, you need to be cautious around pets. The amount of essential oil diffused in the air is minimal, especially when mixed with the wax during the making process and therefore is no more harmful than any other everyday pollutants in the air. Should you think that your pet may have absorbed any of our products then seek advice from your local vet.
Are your products suitable to use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using our ‘Rejuvenate’ candle during pregnancy as it contains Clary Sage, which is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Our Relax and Uplift candles are safe to use during pregnancy, however, it is always advised that you contact your midwife or doctor for advice prior to lighting our candles.
How do I care for my candle?
Always place your candle on a heat proof surface prior to lighting; the cork lid is good to use as a coaster. Never leave a burning candle unattended, especially around small children and pets. On first burn, let your candle burn for up to 1 - 2 hours to ensure you reach a full melt pool (wax melts from side to side of the glass equally) then trim the wick to approximately 5mm. Relight as and when required, trimming the wick after each burn.
Our products include a ‘candle care card’ to ensure you get the most out of your product.

Are your products reusable?
Yes! You can reuse our glass jars in your home in various ways, such as storage. We also offer a return and refill service. Contact info@bynala.co.uk for further details.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
£2.95 Standard delivery (2-4 working days).
£4.95 for next working day delivery on orders placed before 12.00pm.
Tracked Royal Mail, signature required.
Orders over 2kg will be delivered by courier.
Free UK mainland deliveries on orders over £40, coming soon!
How long will delivery of my order take?
As our candles are hand-poured in made to order batches, please allow up to 7 working days for orders to be received Monday to Friday. We will do our upmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Can I return my product?
Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you feel that your product is faulty in any way, please contact us by email info@bynala.co.uk and we will do our very best to accommodate your query. Also refer to our terms and conditions.
Please note: Each product is uniquely blended, poured and packaged by hand to bring you a truly natural and sustainable product, therefore products may vary slightly in colour and scent from batch to batch.

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packaged using recyclable materials from sustainably managed suppliers. We will always try to reuse packaging and avoid the use of plastic wherever possible.
